Jase Caulton, the founder of Japan Powder Culture Tours. He has over ten years of guiding, instructing and running tours in Japan. Jase is a fully qualified NZSIA Ski, Snowboard and Telemark ski instructor, and NZ Avalanche 1 qualifications, along with years of knowledge and experience of looking after people in the outdoors.
